This will be the page where we will publish the sentence that will be issued by the Thai Court in the criminal trial where Jeffery Bergman will have to answer for”DEFAMATION”. Evidence has been filed in Thailand available to Court, Judge, Police, which shows that Jeffery Bergman, with the complicity of Mutual Friend, and a CEO of this Association, organized a conspiracy to remove a member, disclosing Altered, Falsified, and Disclaimed by Member. (please note: this association, after having received a written communication in December 2023 from the member, where he informed that he was proceeding to report Jeffery Bergman in Thailand, proceeded after seven (7) days with an official statement informing of the termination of the relationship with their CEO BUT LOOK HOW STRANGE). There are several associations where Jeffery Bergman used this system, with the sole purpose of targeting those who had filed complaints against him to the police, trying to create situations that did not correspond to the truth, to discredit these people. Jeffery Bergman got help from people (the bad apples) who are present in these Associations, also using other people present in magazines to publish defamations. Currently 15 complaints have been lodged in Europe, South America and Thailand. With the publication of the sentence of the Thai Court, we will also proceed to make public all the information where there are Names of the Associations, and Names of Accomplices who Helped the Fake Gemologist Jeffery Bergman.

🇧🇷 Esta será a página onde publicaremos a sentença que será proferida pelo Tribunal Tailandês no julgamento criminal onde Jeffery Bergman deverá responder por “DIFAMAÇÃO”. Evidências foram apresentadas na Tailândia, disponíveis ao Tribunal, Juiz e Polícia, que mostram que Jeffery Bergman, com a cumplicidade de um Amigo Mútuo e um CEO desta Associação, organizou uma conspiração para remover um membro, divulgando Alterado, Falsificado e Recusado por Membro. (observação: esta associação, após ter recebido uma comunicação escrita em dezembro de 2023 do membro, onde informou que estava procedendo à denúncia de Jeffery Bergman na Tailândia, procedeu após sete (7) dias com uma declaração oficial informando do término do o relacionamento com seu CEO, MAS OLHA QUE ESTRANHO). São várias as associações onde Jeffery Bergman utilizou este sistema, com o único propósito de atingir aqueles que apresentaram queixas contra ele à polícia, tentando criar situações que não correspondiam à verdade, para desacreditar essas pessoas. Jeffery Bergman contou com a ajuda de pessoas (as maçãs podres) que estão presentes nestas Associações, recorrendo também a outras pessoas presentes em revistas para publicar difamações. Actualmente foram apresentadas 15 queixas na Europa, América do Sul e Tailândia. Com a publicação da sentença do Tribunal Tailandês, procederemos também à divulgação de todas as informações onde constam os Nomes das Associações e Nomes dos Cúmplices que Ajudaram o Falso Gemologista Jeffery Bergman.

Sono state depositate le prove in Thailandia disponibili per Tribunale, Giudice, Polizia, che dimostrano che Jeffery Bergman, con la complicità di Amico comune, e un CEO di questa Associazione, organizzava un complotto per allontanare un membro, divulgando documentazione Alterata, Falsificata, e Disconosciuta da Membro. (nota bene: questa associazione dopo avere ricevuto una comunicazione scritta nel mese di dicembre 2023 dal membro, dove informava che procedeva denunciare Jeffery Bergman in Thailandia, procedeva dopo sette (7) giorni con un comunicato ufficiale informare della interruzione del rapporto con il loro CEO MA GUARDA CHE STRANO). Sono diverse le Associazioni dove Jeffery Bergman utilizzava questo sistema, con il solo scopo di colpire chi aveva presentato denunce nei suoi confronti alla polizia, cercando di creare situazioni non corrispondenti al vero, per screditare queste persone. Jeffery Bergman si faceva aiutare da persone (le mele marce) che sono presenti in queste Associazioni, utilizzando anche altre persone presenti in riviste per pubblicare diffamazioni. Attualmente 15 le denunce presentate in Europa, America Meridionale, Thailandia. Con la pubblicazione della sentenza del Tribunale Thailandese, procederemo anche rendere pubbliche tutte le informazioni dove sono presenti Nomi delle Associazioni, e Nomi di Complici che Aiutavano II Falso Gemmologo Jeffery Bergman.

🇬🇧 Jeffery Bergman was reported by Dr. Bagaini GIA AJP-PG because since 2015 he falsely declared himself to be a Qualified Gemologist, illicitly practicing a profession without holding Professionally valid Qualifications. Furthermore, Jeffery Bergman issued appraisals without holding valid qualifications to practice this Profession, but using simple NON-Qualifying SSEF courses declaring them as Prestigious Qualifications, also illicitly obtaining False Accreditations issued by the AGA Accredited Gemologists Association. Once discovered, Jeffery Bergman tried to use defamatory intimidation to intimidate those who had filed complaints against him with the police, in fact he disseminated altered and falsified documentation which provoked further complaints against him. Jeffery Bergman’s desperate attempt failed and he saw himself unmasked by Dr. Bagaini GIA AJP-PG who publishes the official communications of the Swiss Gemmological Institute SSEF, where they confirm that: 1) With these courses you are not a Gemologist. 2) With these courses you cannot issue appraisals and evaluations. There have been many complaints against Jeffery Bergman for defamation, in fact he was criminally prosecuted in the Court of Thailand. Further complaints arrived at the Thai Police who proceeded to summon Jeffery Bergman to the Police Headquarters in January 2024. The Police, seeing that Jeffery Bergman had not shown up, proceeded with a second summons in January 2024, attaching the second notice on the gate where Jeffery Bergman resides, informing that if he did not show up a warrant would be issued Of arrest against him.

Além disso, Jeffery Bergman emitiu avaliações sem possuir qualificações válidas para praticar esta profissão, mas usando cursos SSEF simples NÃO Qualificados, declarando-os como qualificações de prestígio, obtendo também falsas acreditações emitidas pela AGA Accredited Gemologists Association. Outras reclamações chegaram à polícia tailandesa, que procedeu à convocação de Jeffery Bergman para a sede da polícia em janeiro de 2024. A Polícia, vendo que Jeffery Bergman não havia comparecido, procedeu a uma segunda intimação em janeiro de 2024, anexando o segundo aviso no portão onde reside Jeffery Bergman, informando que caso ele não comparecesse seria expedido um mandado De prisão contra ele.

🇮🇹 Jeffery Bergman è stato denunciato dal Dr. Bagaini GIA AJP-PG perché dal 2015 dichiarava falsamente di essere un gemmologo Qualificato, esercitando illecitamente una professione senza detenere Qualifiche Professionalmente valide. Inoltre Jeffery Bergman emetteva perizie senza detenere abilitazioni Valide per esercitare questa Professione, ma utilizzando semplici corsi NON Qualificanti della SSEF dichiarandoli come Qualifiche Prestigiose ottenendo illecitamente anche Falsi Accrediti emessi da AGA Accredited Gemologists Association. Jeffery Bergman una volta scoperto cercava con intimidazioni diffamatorie di intimorire chi aveva presentato presso la Polizia denunce nei suoi confronti, infatti diffondeva documentazioni alterate e falsificate che provocavano ulteriori denunce sempre nei suoi confronti. Fallito il disperato tentativo di Jeffery Bergman che si vedeva smascherato dal Dr.Bagaini GIA AJP-PG che pubblica le comunicazioni Ufficiali della Swiss Gemmological Institute SSEF, dove confermano che : 1) Con questi corsi non sei un Gemmologo. 2) Con questi corsi non puoi emettere perizie e valutazioni. Molte le denunce nei confronti di Jeffery Bergman per diffamazione, infatti è stato perseguito penalmente presso il Tribunale in Thailandia. Ulteriori denunce sono arrivate alla Polizia Thailandese che procedeva convocando nel mese di gennaio 2024 Jeffery Bergman presso il comando di Polizia. La Polizia vedendo che Jeffery Bergman non si era presentato, procedeva con una seconda convocazione nel gennaio 2024, attaccando il secondo avviso sul cancello dove risiede Jeffery Bergman, informando che se non si presentava veniva emesso un mandato D’arresto nei suoi confronti.

Com efeito, acima vê-se o pedido de informação feito ao SSEF que responde oficialmente: “Atenção, somente com esses cursos você não conseguirá avaliar pedras.”
