REPORT FOR FALSE QUALIFICATIONS

On 16/07/2021 at 10:00 , in the headquarters of the command office , the undersigned Judicial Police Officer Brig . Pxxxxx Fxxxx effective to the aforementioned Department acknowledges that the person in the epigraph is fully generalized , who denounces the following : — // ” With the present complaint that I attach it is my intention to prosecute Mr. BERGMAN Jeffery , resident in Thailand , of which I have no other data , for the violation of the crime p . ep . from art.498 ( usurpation of securities ) committed on the internet , since the same discloses that he has particular qualifications in the gemmological field issued by the SWISS GEMMOLOGICAL INSTITUTE – SSEF – of the Switzerland , which the same institute has denied and for which I have already filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission . I enclose a copy of the complaint ( Annex 1 ) , two pages containing 3 e – mails received from the SSEF ( ANNEX 2 ) and two pages with the translation of the E – mails of the SSEF ( Att . 3 ) , copy of the complaint to the Federal Trade Commission ( Att . 4 )

The undersigned Dr. Pietro Bagaini as : Professional Gemologist Certification – Certified Gemstone Dealer Registry – Litigation and Expert Witness I denounce Jeffery Bergman for using False Qualifications ( SSEF SGC – BDC BGC ) because they are not professionally qualifying and they are not credentials that can be used behind your name . ( as declared by the SWISS GEMMOLOGIAL INSTITUTE – SSEF ) On 03/15/2021 I received a communication via E – mail from the SWISS GEMMOLOGIAL INSTITUTE – SSEF in this communication I had received answers regarding questions | asked regarding the SGC course . Noting the response received ” The SGC is a one week course , which focuses on scientific techniques for testing gemstones . It is not a title or a professional status . ” I realized that Jeffery Bergman was using ( SSEF SGC ) after his name passing them off as a prestigious title . Since my code of ethics requires me to report , I have activated myself by informing as many people as possible in the field of Gemology . The same AGA ( accredited gemologists association ) from 2017 accredited Jeffery Bergman with false qualifications ( SSEF SGC ) without having ascertained the validity of the same . Jeffery Bergman , seeing himself unmasked , replaced ( SSEF SGC ) with others ( SSEF BDC BGC ) which , however , as stated by further communication received from SSEF on 12/05/2021 via – mail ” are not professionally qualifying and are not credentials that can be used behind his own name . ” Also with another communication the SSEF itself stated ” So the vast gemological program that Bergman claims that gives him a prestigious title is , according to the SSEF , just a one – week course that does not confer ” a title or a professional status . . ” Jeffery Bergman illicitly uses after his name ( SSEF SGC BDC BGC ) that are not professional titles , disclosing them on the internet , LinkedIn , Facebook , Academia.edu , Eighth DimensionGems.com and other social networks … These false qualifications are a Deception towards the consume

COMPLAINT FOR DEFAMATION

The year 2021 on the 21st day of September at 10.00 at the Offices of the Section in the header, before the undersigned Officers and Judicial Police Agents, Sovr.C.C. Mxxxxxx Txxxx and ASS.C.C. Ixxxxxx Rxxxxxx BAGAINI Pietro is present who, for all legal purposes, denounces the following:–// On September 19, 2021, I was informed that on Facebook, in the Gem Scan (Veritas) public group, there was a post in which documents with my name Dr. Pietro Bagaini were disclosed, and in the group the profile of a certain Jeffery Bergman. As set out in the complaint/lawsuit and if it becomes necessary, the plaintiff requests that proceedings be taken against those responsible who will eventually be identified and requests their punishment, for the crimes that will be deemed prosecutable on complaint. I deliver as an attachment a copy of the Facebook profiles and the group on which my name is entered with the defamatory comments as well as some chats regarding what was reported and the relative links. It is acknowledged that a written communication has been delivered and notified to the complainant.
